Restorative justice emphasizes listening as a pathway to dignity and healing — a principle that applies beautifully to marriage.

Reflection

Mediation and counselling remind us that children thrive when boundaries are clear, communication is open, and grace is abundant. Parenting is less about control and more about cultivating resilience and trust in God’s plan.

Living It Out

Establish daily or weekly family devotions, even if brief.
Set healthy boundaries for technology use, modeling balance yourself.
Create intentional “family time” — meals, walks, or shared projects — where conversation flows naturally.
Encourage children to practice forgiveness and empathy in their relationships.
Partner with other parents in your faith community for support and accountability.

Prayer Prompt

Lord, grant us wisdom to raise our children with courage and compassion. Help us to guide them in Your truth, to set boundaries with love, and to nurture faith that endures in a world of shifting values. May our homes be places where Your grace is lived out daily. Amen.
